Price:    At Top Of the Line Halflinger Farm   $20 per lesson, with 2 hour of stable activity. Or, $35 per lesson with lesson only.

 

 

 

 

 

 

       Top of the Line Farm is a great place to learn about horse’s and their needs. Lessons will help educate you to what a horse needs to be kept in good health.  Teaching you how to care for, feed, work with and ride horses safely is the main goal.

      Beginner lessons teach you to handle horses and be comfortable and confident around them. Safety with horses and basic term identification is taught. In intermediate lessons teach you the needs of a horse and how to care for them on a day to day basis. You will learn to care for a horse in case of: colic, founder, tying-up, hoof care, what to do in case of a injury, vaccinations they need, and more. You will learn to ride western, and the basics of riding bareback, and english. All riders should have an understanding of these disciplines in order to be a confident rider.

· Learn to tack up and ride for you and your horse’s comfort and safety

· Learn how to take care of common health problems

· Learn the common equestrian terms

· Learn arena etiquettes

· Learn the rules of safety for trail riding

· Learn a horses ability and how to watch for over doing your horse and problems that relate

· Basic of showing and jumping

· Learn to ride in three different disciples (riding styles) then ride in your favorite.
